Privacy rules

UAB “Neoreklama” confirms that the protection of personal data is important for our customers, so we obligate to respect and store the privacy and personal data of every data subject.

 What is personal data?

The personal data is any information related with the natural person (data subject) whose identity is known and can be determined directly or indirectly by using appropriate data (for example, first name, surname, personal ID number, address, phone number or other information). In order to provide the service of the highest quality and implement our obligations to our customers properly, we need your specific personal data. UAB “Neoreklama” obligates to manage your personal data to the extent only that is necessary in order to implement a certain, defined and legal purpose.

 What is the purpose of the collection (management) of personal data?

We collect the personal data of our customers in order to provide you our services and conduct the related actions:

• share the news which content is useful and important for you;
• inform you about our organized events, seminars and conferences;
• share the information about our organized trainings;
• remind you about the validity of near-ending licences and their prolongation;
• provide you any offers, inform about discounts;
• be able to provide proper information to you if necessary so that we have the history of cooperation and can answer any questions which are important for you.

We can also need your personal data for the following purposes:

• purposes of direct marketing, i.e., provision of offers, special offers, discounts;
• recording of a phone conversation for the purposes of the service quality assessment;
• implementation of direct functions and contracts of the employees or company-related persons (i.e., subjects providing the company with services according to contracts).

Legal ground of the management of personal data

Managing the personal data, UAB “Neoreklama” follows the requirements of the management of personal data consolidated in the Law of the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts related with the protection of personal data, since the 25^th of May 2018 – the (EU) General Regulations of Data Protection 2016/79 of the European Parliament and Council of the 27^th of April 2016 on the Protection of Individuals in the Management of Personal Data and Free Movement of this Data).

UAB “Neoreklama” manages your personal data on the legal grounds defined in the legal acts only in order to conclude (or) implement the contract concluded with you, with your consent, when UAB “Neoreklama” is obligated by appropriate legal acts to manage the personal data and the personal data has to be managed due to the legal interest of UAB “Neoreklama” (unless the interests of the data subject are more important).

The legal ground to manage the personal data is a contract with UAB “Neoreklama” (or a request to conclude a contract, provision of an order, online registration and/or correspondence by e-mail). The personal data can also be managed with the agreement (for example, for the purpose of direct marketing). The agreement must be clearly expressed, voluntary, stated understandably and contain the information about the purpose of use of the data. The agreement to manage the personal data can be cancelled simply and free of charge.

 Collection of personal data

UAB “Neoreklama” receives personal data from data subjects, but sometimes the data is obtained from the contracts of partners (subcontractors) and their representatives, employees or other natural persons employed for the implementation of these contracts.

 Whom do we provide your data to?

Managing the personal data, UAB “Neoreklama” obligates to observe the confidentiality. This duty arises from the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, provisions of the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and (EU) General Regulations of Data Protection 2016/79 (hereinafter – Regulations). Information can be disclosed to other parties in case it is necessary for the conclusion or implementation of a contract or for other legal reasons. Information can also be provided to other parties at your request or considering your contractual obligations to other parties. 

We can provide your data to the data managers (subcontractors) that provide services (carry out works) to us and manage your data on our behalf, as the data manager. These data managers are only entitled to manage the personal data according to our instructions and to the extent that is necessary in order to implement the contractual obligations properly. By employing subcontractors, we take all necessary measures in order to ensure that our data managers will take proper organizational and technical safety measures and keep the secret of personal data.

 How much time do we keep your data?

 The processed personal data is stored in documents and in our information systems. We protect your personal data to the extent required by law or in accordance with the purposes of data processing, in case the documents provide for a longer keeping period. Personal data is usually kept until reasonable requirements can arise from the contractual relationship (limitation period). Unnecessary personal data is erased.

 How do we protect your data?

 By managing your personal data, we implement specific organizational and technical security measures that help to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, modification, disclosure, and any other unlawful processing.

 Your rights

You are entitled to:

• obtain information about your personal data, where from and how the personal data is collected and how we process it;
• contact us with a request to correct, delete, destroy of your personal data if the data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, or if it is no longer required, depending on the purposes of collecting. In this case, you should submit an application; upon receipt, we will check the information provided and take the necessary action. It is very important for us to have your personal data accurate;
• contact us with a request to destroy or discontinue to process your personal data, except for the request not to store personal data. Such data is not stored only if, after you become aware of your personal data, you establish that personal data is processed illegally or fraudulently;
• disagree with processing of your personal data when it is processed or intended to be processed on direct marketing purposes or due to the legitimate interest pursued by UAB “Neoreklama” or by a third person to whom personal data is provided;
• cancel the given consent to process the data on direct marketing purposes at any time;
• from May 25^th, 2018, after the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the Data Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data), you will also have the right to data transfer and the right to request removal of data (“right to be forgotten”) or ask for a restriction on their processing.

 You also have the right, without prejudice taking other administrative or judicial remedies, to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority: the State Data Protection Inspectorate, if you believe that processing of personal data related to you is in violation of the Regulation.
